Privacy notice

What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 25 September 2026.

Who we are

Corvoi Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through corvoi.com. You can reach us about anything in this notice at privacy@corvoi.com.

What we collect and why

Enquiries. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address, company, annual revenue band, your goals and where you heard about us. We use it to reply and to decide together whether we're the right partner. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you chose to send.

Applications. When you apply for a role we receive your name, email address, the role, a link to your work and your answer about a Shopify store. We use it only to consider your application. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Newsletter. When you join the newsletter we receive your email address. We use it to send one note a month. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Visiting the site. We don't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Our host keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

Who helps us

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:

Cloudflare hosts the site and handles form submissions. Resend delivers enquiries and applications to our inbox. Kit stores newsletter subscribers and sends the newsletter. Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or equivalent safeguards.

We never sell personal data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to working together are deleted within 24 months. Applications are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep you in mind for longer. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it elsewhere. Email privacy@corvoi.com and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
